General Payment Terms
•Payment Deadline: All orders must be paid in full within 24 hours of placement. Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled and removed from our system.
•Order Limits: To ensure fair access to our research materials, we limit customers to one order per day.
•Full Payment Requirement: We do not offer installment plans, partial payments, or split-payment options. All transactions must be completed in a single, full payment.
•No Free Samples: We do not provide free samples of our peptides or research chemicals.
Accepted Payment Methods
We offer several secure ways to complete your purchase:
1. Credit and Debit Cards
We accept major cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
•How to Pay: Select the “Pay by secure invoice” option during checkout.
•Next Steps: You will receive a secure payment invoice via email from EASY ACCESS LLC. If the invoice does not appear in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folders.
2. Venmo
For customers preferring Venmo, we utilize a request-based system for accurate order tracking.
•How to Pay: Provide your Venmo User ID or QR code in the “Notes” section at checkout, or email it to support@maxpeps.net.
•Next Steps: Please do not send a payment directly. Wait for Max Peps to send a formal money request. This ensures your payment is correctly linked to your order number.
3. Cryptocurrency
We accept Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC), and Dogecoin (DOGE).
•How to Pay: Select your preferred cryptocurrency at checkout to generate a unique wallet address.
•Next Steps: Once the transfer is complete, please email us a screenshot of the transaction confirmation to verify the payment.
Discounts and Promotions
•Application: All discount codes or free shipping selections (available for orders over $150) must be applied before submitting your order.
•Restrictions: Coupon codes cannot be combined with sale items, other discounts, or peptide products with a count of five.
•No Retroactive Changes: We are unable to modify orders or apply discounts once a transaction has been submitted.
Finality of Sale
By completing a payment, you acknowledge that you have voluntarily initiated the transaction and authorized the full amount for the selected products.
•Non-Reversible: All transactions are final and non-reversible once processed.
•No Refunds: As stated in our Refund Policy, no refunds are provided once an order has been placed and paid for.

Orders that are not paid for within 24hrs will be canceled and deleted. There is a limit of 1 order per day per customer. Coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with sale items, other coupons or peptides with a count of 5. We do not accept installment payments, half payments or multiple payments for a single order. You must pay in full. We do not offer free samples of our Peptides or Research Chems.
